Garlic Zoodles with Shrimp




Ingredients

10 large cooked shrimp roughly chopped
10 ounces of Zoodles (make your own, or buy pre-shredded at grocer)
1 clove garlic minced
1 T olive oil
1 lemon wedge
pinch red pepper flakes
1 -2 T grated parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions
Heat 1 T olive oil in large skillet
Add fresh minced garlic clove a pinch of red pepper flakes
Let cook for a min
Add zoodles to the pan - cook for 2-3 min - till they start to wilt
Add chopped shrimp - cook for 1-2 min till warmed
Squeeze fresh lemon and top with 1T parm cheese! 
Salt/pepper if desired
